Hi Marc, the strings that get damped by the felt, they do not vibrate at all? so the pickup detect these vibrations and sends "wrong notes" to the amp? When I hear the sound acoustically the strums they sound not very clean. If that is only acoustic and the pickup doenst sense the damped strings being played then that is good. Iam not sure, can you tell? The reason why I ask is I want the most clean sound going to my amp, I dont own a autoharp yet, I wanted to know this before I buy one. thx
